Single weekday appointments require 24hrs notice to change or cancel.

Multiple weekday appointments, packages, and all Saturday appointments require 48hrs notice to change or cancel.

50% of the cost of service(s) will be charged to the card on file/gift cards for changes/cancellations to appointments without sufficient notice.
100% of the cost of service(s) will be charged for missed appointments without notice.

These fees go directly to service providers to insure
they do not lose income due to missed appointments.
