Misty Murray

Misty has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. Her first job was working at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad, CA, where she learned Ayurvedic techniques of bodywork and energy work, which she still employs today. Misty completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University in 2017 and specializes in knowledge of anatomy & physiology. She loves the interplay of Eastern and Western (spiritual and scientific) approaches. Misty is a TNBC survivor and strives to bring understanding and compassion to each of her clients' needs. Her favorite modalities are energy work and prenatal, though she "loves a project" when a massage requires more expertise of the kinetic chain.

Misty is available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, and mornings Friday and Saturday.

Those with a penchant for very deep pressure massage (versus slow myofascial release) will be better served seeing Jyn.
