Misty Murray

Misty has been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. Her first job was working at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing located at La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA, where she learned Ayurvedic techniques of bodywork and energy work, which she still employs today. She has worked at boutique and resort spas in Texas and California. Misty completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University in 2017 and specializes in knowledge of anatomy & physiology. She loves the interplay of Eastern and Western (spiritual and scientific) approaches. In her free time, Misty's hobbies include sewing retro dresses and Renaissance costumes, reading, and trying to keep her plants alive in the Texas summers. Come benefit from Misty's two decades of massage experience!

Misty is available Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and mornings Thursday through Saturday.
